Studio Sessions

Our studio is open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. Studio Group Sessions (4:1) and Private (1:1) Studio Sessions are available from early morning to evening Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. Contact us to arrange a time that works for you.

Please note an Initial Consultation is required prior to commencement in a Studio Group.  This will cover body assessment, focussing on areas of concern, and training in the principles of Pilates and an introduction to the many pieces of equipment you will be using in the studio.

 

Class Times

Our class timetable is subject to availability and may occasionally change. As Mat class numbers are limited to 7 participants, please contact us to ensure there is a space in the class you are interested in before attending.

Classes are from 45-60 minutes. Please hover over the class you are interested in for further info and class length. Class prices vary – please see price list for details.

Functional Strength ClassIncrease bone & muscle strength. Improve core stability, posture and bending techniques. Ideal for anyone with a chronic spinal condition, Osteoporosis, Osteopenia, or recently had a spinal operation/fusion. Class is run by Physiotherapist, Nikki Scott.
