Studio Sessions

Our studio is open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. Group (4:1) and Private (1:1) Studio Sessions are available from early morning to evening Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. Contact us to arrange a time that works for you.

Class Times

Our class timetable is subject to availability and may occasionally change. As class numbers are strictly limited, please contact us to ensure there is a space in the class you are interested in before attending.

Classes are from 45-60 minutes. Please hover over the class you are interested in for further info and class length. Class prices vary – please see price list for details.
