Strong Seniors Strength & Balance

Strong Seniors Strength & BalanceThis class is for those that might struggle to stand for a full hour class. The class has a mix of seated and standing exercises designed to improve strength, balance and mobility. Suitable for people with osteorarthritis and osteoporosis. A 30 minute initial assessment is required prior to starting the class.
