Studio Sessions
Our studio is open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. Group (4:1) and Private (1:1) Studio Sessions are available from early morning to evening Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. Contact us to arrange a time that works for you.
Class Times
Our class timetable is subject to availability and may occasionally change. As class numbers are strictly limited to 6 participants, please contact us to ensure there is a space in the class you are interested in before attending.
Classes are from 45-60 minutes. Please hover over the class you are interested in for further info and class length. Class prices vary – please see price list for details.
