Get effective online Physiotherapy and Clinical Rehabilitation treatment at home during a time of social distancing and isolation

In the current climate clients may not be able to attend our clinic due to an illness, or simply may be self-isolating during the current Covid-19 pandemic.

Telehealth video consultations with our Physiotherapists, Barbara, Nikki and Karina, are now available for Physiotherapy and Clinical Rehabilitation. Our Telehealth consultations will continue to deliver the same outstanding level of care as our in-clinic services, where our experienced clinicians will provide a tailored treatment plan to help you reach your health goals.

PPP Cronulla currently use the ZOOM App, which we have found works well on all devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers on both Apple and Android platforms. The ZOOM app enables our allied health practitioners to use telehealth for video consultations and live exercise demonstrations.

How does Telehealth Work?

Our allied health team can:

• Assess, diagnose and treat you online in the comfort of your own home.
• Safely guide you through a series of tests and movements.
• Review your exercises and develop your personalised exercise program.
• Show you how to self-release/massage using Blackroll equipment (balls, rollers).
• Provide a professional and bespoke service developed to deliver results for you on your rehab journey.

Prior to your Telehealth Consultation

• Download the ZOOM App and register – see link below.
• Contact us to book a mutually agreed appointment time and we will send you an email link prior to the appointment.  Bookings can also be made via our PPP Branded App.
• Click on the link 5 mins prior to your appointment and you will be placed in a Virtual Waiting Room until your Physiotherapist commences the appointment.
• Make sure you have a well-lit area with reasonable space to enable you to perform some movement tests, and also some privacy in case you are concerned about relaying personal information.
