Business update regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The APA has received the following advice from the Federal Minister for Health, The Hon Greg Hunt: The Australian Minister for Health confirmed on Tuesday March 24th, 2020 that ALL allied health practices can continue operating and are encouraged to do so.
Barbara, Karina, & Nikki will continue to be offering Physiotherapy treatment and Physiotherapy Rehabilitation sessions as normal – Private & Group (maximum 2 with social distancing measures in place) sessions of either 30 minutes or 1 hour as prescribed by your physiotherapist for current patients. Please book in via the App, Email or via reception.
Unfortunately, due to government direction, we temporarily ceased onsite Studio Pilates sessions, Reformer Classes, Mat Classes, Functional Fitness and Fascial Fitness classes from midday Monday, 23rd March 2020 until further notice and all pre-paid packs will be placed on hold and extended until we recommence Pilates services.
We are investigating Virtual Mat Classes through the Zoom platform so please set up a free account and download the app to your tablet/phone but computers and laptops are the better choice. More info to follow on this.
We encourage all our clients to continue their pilates exercises from home during the temporary stoppage of classes and, with this in mind, we will be doing an order of Bands/Magic Circles/Chi Balls/Balls etc. Please call/email if you wish to place an order. Payment will be taken prior to ordering over the phone.
Please use email to contact us as reception may not always be attended during this period. Also we request that you confirm your Physiotherapy / Physio Rehabilitation sessions so that we can control staffing requirements.
